On The Go Driving School is a licensed business serving the entire Treasure Valley area.
My name is Monique Gonzalez, and I am the Owner-Operator as well as one of the Instructors at On The Go Driving School.

We’ve lived in the beautiful state of Idaho since 2012. Prior to our Idahome, we lived in California. We have three amazing kids: Nathan, Dylan, and Leia.

I am a former Law Enforcement Officer for the State of California, Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. I’ve worked with youth for many years — serving in church settings, coaching soccer, teaching in classrooms, and as a behind-the-wheel driving instructor.

It was also an honor to work as security for Nampa High School. I believe it’s essential for young people to have positive role models they can trust — individuals who genuinely have their well-being and best interests at heart.

My passion is guiding youth toward becoming confident individuals in our society. I strive to coach them not only to be safe and responsible drivers, but also to make wise choices in life overall.

Driving is one of the most incredible privileges — one that many take for granted. My mission is to help shape strong, capable leaders behind the wheel and graduate them with pride, ready to safely share the roads within our communities.
